COLUMBUS – Three Stillwater Billings Clinic employees have been recognized for outstanding patient care, teamwork and leadership.
Dr. Cody White has been named as one of 20 top-providers across all Billings Clinic facilities based on “patient experience” scores. That system includes 450 providers. “Patient experience” numbers are determined by feedback and scoring on patient care surveys, as well as kindness and coordination given, according to Billings Clinic. The Top-20 was announced last Friday ahead of “Patient Experience Week.”
“Clearly, he is highly recommended among his patients. This is something of which we are very proud,” said Stillwater Billings Director of Clinic & Ancillary Services Beth Brosam. “Dr. White takes his time with each and every patient. He truly believes in hometown medicine and works hard to keep his patients where they belong – here at home.”
Brosam also noted that it is the second time Dr. White has been ranked in the Top 20. Also receiving awards as part of Billings Clinic Nurses Week were Acute/ER RN Amy Ahlin and CNA Sheri Fallang. These awards were the result of peer nominations and reviewed at Billings Clinic by the Friends of Nursing Committee. Ahlin has been awarded the Billings Clinic Friends of Nursing Award for 2024.
“Amy has shown dedication to nursing and the growth of the profession by being a strong nursing team member, provides support and education to fellow nurses and constantly strives to improve patient satisfaction, outcomes, and positive experiences. Amy continues the lifelong learning journey and is currently working through her courses to obtain her license as a Nurse Practitioner,” said Stillwater Billings Clinic Director of Nursing Natasha Sailer.
Fallang has been awarded the Billings Clinic Outstanding Nursing Support Staff member for 2024.
“Sheri has been a wonderful addition to Stillwater Billings Clinic support staff. She continually strives to learn and grow to take care of our patients. Sheri puts patients first to make sure that they feel loved and cared for, while maintaining a positive attitude. Sheri has worked hard to learn and grow in her role and continues to build team members up around her with her contagious positivity,” said Sailer
