The next COVID Vaccination Clinics will be held on the following dates and locations:

-Friday, 12/3, WALK-IN CLINIC, Little Metra, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

-Friday, 12/17, WALK-IN CLINIC, Little Metra, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Moderna and Johnson & Johnson will be available to individuals, ages 18 and older.

Patients will need to wear a short sleeve shirt for easy shoulder access.  Bring insurance and vaccination card.
